Remembering (Knowledge)
Remembering is the lower level of thinking. It requires students to recall the information they have learnt from their long-term memory. This involves being able to remember but not understand how to apply or use information.
Teacher RoleTeachers give specific tasks that require low level thinking such as, circling the right answer or reciting information. An example of this can be basic facts or days of the week.

Student RoleStudents are able to recall many facts that derive from their long term memory. This enables them to recognise the correct answer.
